FlowState Support Circle:

An Online Community Support Circle for Late Identified Neurodivergent Adults

Every Other Wednesday • 7:30 PM to 9:00 PM EST • Online via Zoom

FlowState Support Circle is an online support group for late identified and late diagnosed neurodivergent adults seeking connection, nervous system support, and community with others who share similar lived experiences.

This group is designed for ADHD, autistic, AuDHD, highly sensitive, and neurodivergent adults navigating masking, burnout, executive functioning challenges, sensory overwhelm, identity shifts, relationships, and the emotional impact of discovering neurodivergence later in life.

Meetings include facilitated discussion, psychoeducation, nervous system oriented support, community reflection, and occasional gentle experiential exercises related to neurodivergence, authenticity, executive functioning, boundaries, burnout, and self understanding.

FlowState Support Circle is facilitated by Stacey Cohen, LPC, founder of The Center for Soulful Presence. Cameras are expected to remain on during meetings to help support connection and group cohesion.

Participation is always optional, and members are welcome to share verbally, participate in the chat, or simply listen and be present with the group.

Why join FlowState Support Circle

Many late identified neurodivergent adults spend years feeling misunderstood, isolated, overwhelmed, or pressured to function in ways that do not align with their nervous systems. Group support can help reduce shame, increase self understanding, normalize lived experiences, and create meaningful connection with others who truly understand.

FlowState Support Circle offers a supportive and therapeutic space to explore topics related to neurodivergence, masking, burnout, executive functioning, relationships, authenticity, nervous system regulation, and emotional wellness within a compassionate community environment.

Although this is not a psychotherapy group, many people find community support groups to be deeply therapeutic, validating, regulating, and healing in nature. There is often great value in being witnessed, understood, and supported by others navigating similar life experiences.

Benefits of group support may include:
• Reduced isolation and loneliness
• Increased self understanding and self compassion
• Community connection and shared experiences
• Nervous system support and co regulation
• Emotional validation and belonging
• Greater insight into neurodivergence and masking
• Support around executive functioning and burnout
• Opportunities for reflection, growth, and authentic connection

$49/month recurring subscription • Cancel anytime

While members are welcome to participate at their own pace, group support often becomes more meaningful over time as familiarity, trust, and connection begin to develop. Consistent participation for at least one month is recommended in order to experience the full benefits of the support circle.
