The Remembering is a creative experiential learning community designed for late identified and diagnosed neurodivergent adults seeking greater self-understanding, self-trust, connection, and empowerment.

Many neurodivergent adults describe discovery not as becoming someone new, but as finally understanding who they have been all along. What once looked like burnout, chronic overwhelm, masking, people pleasing, sensory sensitivities, relationship struggles, or demand avoidance may begin to make sense through a new lens.

While therapy can be incredibly helpful, many late identified neurodivergent adults find that some of the unique experiences related to neurodivergence were never fully explored because neither they nor their providers knew what questions to ask. The Remembering was created to help bridge that gap.

Facilitated by Stacey Cohen, LPC, this course combines experiential learning, nervous system awareness, creative exploration, reflection, and community connection in a supportive neurodivergent-affirming environment.

Topics include:

• Neurodivergent identity and self-discovery

• The highly tuned nervous system

• Burnout and recovery

• Masking and authenticity

• Boundaries and self-advocacy

• Autonomy and demand avoidance

• Self-trust and empowerment

• Creativity, connection, and belonging

The course begins with an introductory gathering where participants will meet one another, explore what brought them to the course, share their hopes and interests, and experience creative exercises that provide a taste of the journey ahead.

Following the introductory session, participants will receive monthly reflection questions and a brief handout related to each month's topic. Optional body doubling sessions throughout the month provide opportunities for support, accountability, connection, and community building.

At the end of each month, we gather for a live two-hour experiential session where we explore the material through nervous system practices, creative exercises, guided discussion, reflection, and shared learning.

This course is not therapy, but it is therapeutic. It is designed to complement and deepen the work you may already be doing in therapy, coaching, or personal growth.
